Technology for event spaces must be supported either directly by the event sponsor or ITS Learning Environments and Media Production (LEMP) and are subject to their policies. Specialized staff arrangements will be charged to the sponsor.<\/p>\n<p>LEMP technical support for Tan Auditorium follows a fee-based structure. Fees vary based on the complexity and type of event being held as well as the amount of equipment that needs to be supported. If your event is hybrid, LEMP will provide an A\/V feed to your streaming service (i.e., Zoom, YouTube).
