The Office of Veteran Success (OVS) serves to support veteran and military connected students by processing VA educational benefits. The OVS serves to support the student experience by processing certifications of education benefits established by the VA. We are here to review benefit information, answer related questions, and ensure you can feel confident using your benefits to achieve your educational goals.

Our Resource Hub is your one-stop destination for understanding the benefits and support available to those who have served. Explore clear guidance on VA education benefits, including the GI Bill®, tuition assistance programs, and other financial resources designed to make college more affordable.
Where to Find Us
We are located at 101 Waverly Ave., suite 012, on the ground floor of the National Veteran Resource Center (NVRC). Suite 012 is situated between the student veteran lounge (011) and student veteran study room. You can contact us at 315-442-0538 or email us at veterans@syr.edu .
Meet Your OVS Staff
The OVS operates with four School Certifying Officials dedicated to processing your VA Education Benefits and providing you with support and information relative to your education benefits throughout your time at Syracuse University. Additionally, the OVS includes a Director, Reconciliation Specialist, and Office Coordinator.
