OVMA Hosts Food Drive to Benefit Hendricks Food Pantry

This November, OVMA is working with The Office of Engagement Programs of Hendricks Chapel in support of their ongoing “Adopt a Month at the Food Pantry” campaign. The food drive seeks to raise awareness for Syracuse University’s student food pantry, located in Hendricks Chapel and the Carriage House and make food and toiletries accessible to students on campus who may not have the resources to purchase them. Donations will be accepted throughout the month at various drop off locations across campus in addition to Hendricks Chapel or the South Campus Food pantry located at the Carriage House, 161 Farm Acre Road.

 

The food pantry accepts the following:

Unopened non-perishable foods

Fresh fruits and vegetables

Perishable goods

Toiletries

Hygiene products

School supplies

Small houseware items

New hats, gloves, and scarves

 

Donations can be dropped of at the following locations:
