SSgt Moonchul Seo is the Administration Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 535 at Syracuse University. In this capacity he is responsible for overseeing a host of personnel programs and records for 3 active-duty officers and enlisted personnel and over 40 USAF officer candidates. He also oversees security clearance, enlistment, categorization, and commissioning processes. Sergeant Seo Enlisted in the Air Force in June 2012. He attended technical school at Keesler AFB, MS as Human Resources and Administration.
