In this Hall of Honor Walk episode, meet retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Victor Holman ’82. Victor is a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army, former secretary of the general staff for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command and a veteran of service in Somalia.
Victor graduated from Syracuse University in 1982 with a BA from the College of Arts & Sciences majoring in English and Psychology. He went on to earn a master’s degree in national strategy and security from the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, and an MBA from Central Michigan University. He is also a graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. As a student at Syracuse University, Victor was a member of Army ROTC and Alpha Phi Alpha.
