Visions Federal Credit Union and Syracuse University’s Office of Veteran and Military Affairs (OVMA) hosted this engaging series that is designed to help you maintain a strong financial footing.
Kenda Carfagno is a Financial Wellness Officer at Visions Federal Credit Union in Syracuse. As a former financial planner she discovered that many people could benefit from financial literacy education as she guided them on their personal financial journeys. In addition to hosting informational seminars, she also provides one-on-one counseling for members and non-members of Visions.
Kenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, and has a Financial Services Certified Professional designation from the American College of Financial Services. She is well versed in several financial literacy topics ranging from budgeting and credit to retirement and basic estate planning. In addition to working at Visions she sits on the board for Junior Achievement of CNY and the Lyncourt Board of Education. She resides in Syracuse with her husband and 3 children.
