U.S. Army Major (Retired) William G Watts and Sergeant (Retired) Clarence G. Watts were born on August 20, 1971, in Bay Shore, NY. The Watts twins are both graduates of Brentwood High School in Brentwood, Long Island. William and Clarence both graduated from Syracuse University in 1994 and were on the 1992 Big East Championship Track and Field Team.
